It was so convenient to be within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do.

No complaints whatsoever.

Spacious and clean rooms with comfy beds and nice views. Delicious breakfast and friendly, helpful staff. Good facilities including sauna and pool. Close to the zoo with free parking. Late checkout and great buffet breakfast.

We had a fantastic stay at Holiday Inn. The staff were really nice too accommodate my disability and make me feel at home. The lounge area and well-stocked bar were excellent, and the Starbucks was a nice touch.

As low-budget travelers, we appreciated the option to leave our luggage and the bus stop right outside the hotel for easy transport into the city.

The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast is delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

The soundproofing between the rooms is poor, causing noise disturbances from neighboring guests.

The location was perfect, especially for visiting Murrayfield. We also enjoyed the dinner at the restaurant and the drinks in the lounge area. The breakfast had a nice variety of choices.

The hotel is situated in a nice area, close to the zoo and with good transportation options. The staff were exceptional, especially Paul in the dining room who was very attentive and remembered guests' needs. The gym was well-equipped and staff were always available to assist.

The rooms were quite dated and could use some updating.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were exceptional, especially the restaurant staff who provided us with excellent service during our Friday evening meal. The view from our rooms was breathtaking, with one room overlooking the flamingo enclosure and the others showcasing the beautiful golf course and mountains. The hotel's bar and dining area were fantastic, and the breakfast had a wide variety of options. The pool facilities were small but sufficient. The proximity to the zoo and Edinburgh City centre was a major plus, and the free parking and easy bus routes made exploring the city even more convenient. we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at Holiday Inn for the rugby and had a fantastic experience. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The lounge area was lovely, and they even had a nice Starbucks and a well-stocked bar. As a disabled person with a mobility scooter, I was impressed by how accommodating and welcoming the staff was. I felt right at home. The location was great, with the zoo next door and a bus stop right outside if you wanted to go to the city center. Definitely recommend.

I loved the location of the hotel, right next to the zoo. The view from the restaurant was beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the swimming pool was an added bonus. I had a great stay at this hotel.
